are you replacing because they're bad or adding relays that don't belong to increase fan performance? And are you talking for cabin AC or your radiator fans? If you're experiencing poor in-cabin fan performance, you're probably better off to just change the blower motor since I've never heard of relays going bad before a motor.

If you are changing the blower fan assembly,replace your heat sink(the price will give you a heart attack) Replace your cabin filters at this time too!
