2011 buick enclave cxl catalytic converter turns red hot after barely 2 minutes what is the cause

already replaced all three section of catalytic converter and starter; getting to
have the 02 sensor replaced and spark plugs, don't know if that would solve the
problem

There is still a restriction in the exhaust, the motor just doesn't do this on its own, A lot of cars have what is called a mass air flow valve in the exhaust, they stop working and backs up the exhaust heat in the system, just like a catalytic will when they get plugged. I assume there is nothing crushed on the exhaust system?

Unburnt fuel is getting "burned" in the catalytic converter. Check for bad spark plugs, ignition coils, stuck fuel injector, sticking valves.
