I have a 2011 buick lucerne cxl 6 cylinder

My driverside window will only go up &down when
the door is open but when it closes it will not work
,I had the window motor checked out but its
working fine  my mechanic said it could be the
control module ,also the heated seats are not
working on either side &the passage side seat
controls do not work at all they will not go foward
backward or up or down also heated seats on
passenger side do not work my mechanic said
when he checked it out that thier was a lot of rust
under the front dash,other than theese problems  
the car runs &preforms exceptional well what do
you think I need to do to fix it &what do you think
parts will cost. Also what will be a fair price for
labor to repair this if I can't fix it myself.

I would inspect the wiring going to the door. When the door is open you can see a rubber boot in the hinge area and all the wires are inside that boot. Since you do not know the history of the car, many things could have happened to the car. MAYBE the door was damaged and replaced, at that time the wires may have been spliced and that connection is intermittant, that might be the problem with the heated seats as my Lucerne has the seat heater controls on the door. You need a automotive electrical shop....
