2002 Cadillac Eldorado won't start.

I have a 2002 Cadillac Eldorado that will not start. The battery is new, thought it
was the starter, replaced starter. When the you try to start the engine I can hear
the starter engage, but engine won't turn over.

Try starting it in neutral. If it starts, the neutral safety switch is bad. Any messages or warning light that might point to the security system? Hope that helps! Jim
