I have a misfire on cylinder 8

Start by replace the spark plugs. Then rescan. If the code is still there, swap coils fro 8 to another and see if the code moves. if it does, you have a bad coil. If after replacing coils you still have the misfire, check the fuel injector and the cylinder pressure. Maybe the head gasket is starting to give you issues if you find the pressure is low.
