01 Cadillac shut down won't start

It shut down the other night right after I bumped
the stereo on the floorboard. Door panel lights will
not turn off while battery is connected. All that will
work is seat/steering wheel adjusters, mirrors, an
brake lights. No headlights not a single dash light
no stereo no windows which is stuck down now n
the rain. No blown fuses anywhere. How do I fix
this I need this car to run it's all I've got in life at the
moment.

The security light is not on at all anywhere. Not one one thing or light anywhere on the dash lights up at all whatsoever regardless of the position of the key in the ignition. Nothing. The ONLY things electrical in the ENTIRE vehicle that work AT ALL are the power seats power mirrors power tilt steering wheel and the lights for JUST the buttons in the door panels are stuck on constant never shutting off unless I disconnect the battery. The lights for the door panel buttons stayed on the entire 12 hours I spent in the car from yesterday evening till early this morning. The buttons themselves do absolutely nothing when pushed EXCEPT for the buttons for the mirrors their the ONLY ones that work on the door panels. Window and lock buttons do absolutely nothing. All of this is exactly the same always regardless of the position of the keys in the ignition.

No other button ANYWHERE in the vehicle does anything right now when pushed. I've done all of my own work on every vehicle I've ever owned for 13 years now none of my vehicles have ever been taken to a shop to have any work done except the few times I've had friends who happen to own mechanic shops allowed me to work on them in their shops only due to me not owning any tools at the time which I currently have no tools but the closest friend to me with a shop at the moment is over 500 miles away. I can find whatever tool it might take of that I'm sure. But I just lost everything I own my place to live my woman my dog my other vehicles this broke down car is literally All I've got left right now and the sheriff's keep harassing me about every 4 or 5 hours wondering why i still haven't gotten it fixed or moved. Lucky for me they haven't noticed my expired registration any of the 13 times they've came to harass me about getting it moved but I'm pretty sure my lucks running low considering theyve hauled off my truck my other car AND my airstream b190 class b motorhome that were on the other side of this one horse town all 3 of them since 8:30 this morning.
