None of my windows roll down or up on my 2001 cadillac deville dhs. As soon as I put window fuse in it blows.

2001 cadillac deville dhs.  As soon as I put
in the window fuse it's blows

If you are blowing a fuse Joe, it means you have a short to ground somewhere in the wiring. not gonna be fun, but you have to check the wiring to the windows. check particularly where the wiring goes into the doors. sometimes opening and closing the doors will screw up the wiring.
