Also the doors and mainly the rear doors really rattle when going over bumps,
like washboard type bumps on a gravel road - can the doors be tightened
again?  If I replace the rubber stoppers and the door trim, does that help?  
Just wondering how I can tighten it up?

Maybe a body shop can adjust things but your truck is pretty new to need new seals.
