I want to know what Mitchell Shop Time is because I know this guy will challenge me on my charges & I want to be able to justify what I am going to charge him & show him what a shop does to figure out their time. I am only charging $65 an hour not what a shop does ( approx $125 to $140/ hr)

At what rate is this because it varies State to State.......& what were the hours to do the job ? That would be 4.5 hrs at $65/ hr. New Jersey rates vary from $119/hr to $135/ hr, I'm only charging 1/2 the labor rate cause I don't have the Over-head a Shop has.
