Water leak and Windows and locks also and cigarette lighter plugs

1) I noticed if it had rained and I open my
foors puddles of water pour out, there
seems to be a water leak in my car and  the
door and trunk seals look fine but there is
water under carpet in back and theres water
damage in my trunk as well..just seeing
anyone knows whats going on!!..
2) all but the driver's windows and door
locks don't work they worked when I first got
the car but after a year or so the back
windows stopped working then the
passenger window and lock stopped
working the remote will lock and unlock just
the drivers door now and I can only roll and  
unroll drivers window !! What needs to be
replaced anybody?
3) my cigarette lighter power plug thing
whatever they are called both the front and
back one just all of a sudden stopped
working about a month ago!!
.....what do I need to do to fix these issues
summer is coming and I have 2 little ones in
rear facing carseats and I usually use a fan
in the back plugged in cigarette lighter thing
since the Windows don't roll down anymore
