Rpm is accelerating and car is shaking

Gas pedal is pushed all the way and
the car barely accels

Need more information. Does the transmission sound like it is racing away or not making any noise at all ? Does it happen only when the transmission is in "D" or in any gear "L2,L1, R" this issue happens ? Does it move fine and shift thru the gears ok, but on the line at "take off" it bogs down ?
