Ground wire

2000 deville base, found one of my ground wires. It was frayed quite a bit. It's
the one that goes to the engine block. The end that's frayed, the connector
looks like a flat piece with a 90 degree angle on it. How do you get to the cable?

If you can't get to it, no big deal, you can make up a new as long as you choose a good location on the block, use the below
