my turn signals are not blinking the lights work they just don't blink how do I fix that problem

Replace the flasher relay up in the underside of the dash. My 93 is tricky and I don't know where yours is located. Minetwohas 2 of them - one for the dir signals and one for the hazard flashers. Do an internet search to learn where yours are located. Easy to replace if you can get to them!

I have a 99 Cadillac deville. The turn signal doesn’t flash but the light comes on. No bulb burnout. Is it possible replacing the bulb works or do I need to replace the turn signal relay? Please advise?

I have a 99 Cadillac Deville and the dashboard went out. I’ve changed all the bulbs and it came back on and went out again. What could this possibly be?

One more question I have a 99 Cadillac Deville. Sometimes the turn signal doesn’t work sometimes it does. When it does work only the rear and the front ones are working and the side light doesn’t flash. Is this normal and if not how do I fix it? If u look at the photo you can’t really tell but the orange light in the front flashes and the side one doesn’t. Please advise
