Did you ever figure out the problem? My 02 DeVille has the same issue, no heat/ac light, few dash cluster lights the lights out are; digital speedometer, odometer, message display center, gear indicator, turn signal indicator, and brights indicator. My gas gauge also acts funny. My blower motor went out so when changing that under the dash (passenger side) I seen a little spark coming from the wires behind the kick panel I believe we have a short issue but not sure, it was working even after said spark and one very cold day lights just suddenly went out. Not sure exactly what the problem is I've been working on it for months. Any info helps. Any one with any additional information please email me at bowers4pres@gmail.com
