What do theses codes mean for diagnostics check on 2000 Cadillac Seville svs 1pmb1343 , 1rc41301,pcm0130, pcm0134, pcm0135, pcm0741

Your codes should start with B for Body Control Module trouble , T for the Anti Lock Brake and Traction Control, (tied together) codes, R for Air Bag faults, all followed by 4 (four) numbers. Nowhere could I anything led by pcm or 1rc 1pmb.... for example 1rc41301 does not exist as a fault code for a Seville

Oh and "P" for Power train. I looked more and still came up empty. how/where did you get these? I am still willing to try to help you Aaronc, but something is not right here ,,and none begin with "0"
I changed "PCM" to "P" and tried the numbers on the last four - P0130 - HO2S circuit sensor 1 - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1
P0134 CADILLAC - HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 1 - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1
P0135 CADILLAC - HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1 - Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0741 CADILLAC - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off -
