Engine vibration

I replaced the water pump on my explorer and
tapped the harmonic balancer on with a wood block
and hammer now there is vibration with the motor
how can I fix this

Look at it while the engine is running and see if anything looks wrong. Keep your hands out of the serpentine belt. Is the check engine light on?

Did you torque the bolt? Those usually take something around 150 ft. lbs. or more.

Codes read p0300 p0304 p0305 p0306 and p0016

The first three are misfire codes but the last code indicates you probably damaged the crank position sensor --------- https://www.obd-codes.com/p0016

If I change the cps will that make the motor stop shaking and the noise from harmonic balancer stop? I have also changed the spark plugs as well. Could I have also damaged other internal parts on the crankshaft?

Read the link I gave you for code P0016. You may have damaged the tone ring. Inspect the sensor and the sensor wires while you are at it.
