2007 Ford F-150 truck won’t start in 20 degree weather

his is the 2nd time in 1 week my 2007 ford f 150 wont
start in the freezing weather 22 degrees.
my positive battery terminal was corroded (blue stuff).
Napa tested my 2013 battery and said it was fine.
I have a plug in for my truck for winter and have never
plugged it in here in Juneau Alaska. do you think that is
the problem?

The first time this happened on the last freeze as soon as it warmed up the engine started right up.

Your battery is 4 years old which is near the end of its life. Pair the age with cold weather and it is time for a new battery.

I️ bought a new battery from Napa and it still won’t start. I️ turn the key and it clicks once. The engine doesn’t turn over.
