Why has my drivers side rear tire locked up

Asked by Silverfox1969 Sep 17, 2015 at 05:58 PM about the 1999 Cadillac Seville STS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ignored brake issue too long. Rear driver
brakes been squeeling and grinding for 3
weeks. Was waiting for finances to
improve. Today it locked up. Had to have it
towed home. Idea of what I screwed up and
cost of repairs?
