mds on dodge ram

how do you know if you have mds on
your dodge ram? I have a 2008 Dodge
Ram Laramie 4 by 4 1500 quad cab
5.7 l truck but I don't know if I have
MDS on it how can I tell?

I would look at the emissions sticker under the hood. The exhaust system is also different for the MDS trucks.

The mpg numbers changes drastically when you driving on low rpm, and truck start to shake as it feels like a misfire hope this helps
