I just had my muffler changed on my TX4 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi, and when it
comes out the hemi behind the rear wheel there is another box type thing and imm
wondering what it is,

You mean the catalytic converter? Some cars/trucks have a resonator on the system but it's usually tube shaped.

My resonator is tube shaped and it's on the very end right before the tail pipe.
