Bad noise when leaving from dead stop it
changes with rpm

If it a squealing noise, it is probably your serpentine belt or its tensioner. That is best case because it may just be loose and requires tightening. If that is not it, it may be one of the components that runs with it like the alternator, power steering pump, or AC compressor. Is that the type of noise you are hearing?
