HELP!!!

I just bought a 2011 Hyundia Accent
like 3 weeks ago...i m having an issue
when i get gas..
If i shut it off and fill it up i have to
press the gas to get it to start and then
ot spits and sputters around awhile
before its idoling normal to drive...and
if i let it run and fill it it will either shut
off or get sluggish...
I ve been told that they cant do a check
on the evap till the check engine light
is on...
It will have a sluggish idol when sitting
at a red light i feel its gonna shut off
on me at a time it shouldnt...i dont
trust my car now...any suggestions

Check your vapor canister purge solenoid, it's probably stuck in the open position, they cost about $30.

Thats what i want to do...but i couldnt find any videos on how to change it myself...got some from different years but not a 2011
