What is the best way to sale my 1997 Cadillac Catera, it needs some repair work but is in to good of condition to junk it.

I have a 1997 Cadillac Catera to sale for a parts car.  It needs new tie-rods, and a friend of my son fell off a ladder onto windshield, while working next to the car, and it broke, It can be replace for $50. with my auto insurance.  It is just to good of condition to just junk it, it has 105,000 about miles. It has some rust on it also.  What should I be able to get out of it.  I lost my job and don't have money to fix it the car, and I need to sell it to pay bills.
