why doesn't seller respond to my offer?? first contacted on 9-02 for 97 cad eldorado for $1500

Too many excuses and not enough answers!! if you are a responsible seller, dealer or buyer with cargurus you need to abide by rules of basic selling practices!! Excuses are not a viable explanation and cargurus should know better than to ignore a buyer with the hope they will go away! this is unacceptable! This matter is better defined as fraud and I will pursue to the full extent of the law!!

I also want to state I will not give up on this matter and will do whatever it takes for me to be satisfied with the outcome!!!

You can't force flakes to be responsible but you can drive yourself insane by trying. It is not fraud though and cops will ignore you if you try to report it.
