do you think i have a blown head gasket or could it be the radiator?

had to replace engine housing, water pump, new gasket  heater line hose, top and bottom radiator hose and flushed radiator, still running hot,  take about 15 mins to run hot.  drove it around the block and it performs well, no knocks or ticks.  fan does work comes on when engine reaches between 210-225.

You could have a bad thermostat. Does it smell like its running hot at all?

if not thermostat could be a headgasket they can have a small leak causing to run hot had a eldorado with northstar headgasket blew it wouldnt run hot all the time until it gradually got worse when i pulled the head the headgaskets were badley broken down
