Hello I am looking for the name of the 2 hoses in
picture. One connects to top of coolant reservoir
and runs toward front of engine and the other hose
is directly underneath both running to front of
engine/ radiator area on 2011 vw tiguan. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks

Those are air bleed hoses. They allow the air in the engine to go back to the surge tank instead of getting trapped behind the thermostat.

Remember to only fill the reservoir tank to the "fill" line you and will be fine. Overfilling will cause the trapped air to block the intended circulation of the coolant,
