Intake Manifold keeps blowing a hole in it or cracks.

What causes the replacement intake manifold to keep blowing a hole in it or cracking on a 1996 Cadillac Seville SLS. This replacement will be the 3rd time in a year.

Is it OEM from Cadillac

From Auto Zone. I was told today by a local Mechanic that it sounds like they're probably using an after market gasket . They now have an upgraded gasket which is part metal. It conforms to any warp age where it attaches. Also to replace the mounting bolts, as it is not attaching tight enough.
