take the headlight switch out- it's to the right of it and held in by a prong and behind dash but to the left of steering column, its a bad flasher module.. i bought 2 used at pick and pull and practiced on their cars to do the repair and one was bad, other was fine, fixed it on my own for $20... never had a problem again. they do go bad after a while.... there only one way it connects to the three prong harness so you can t cross wires on it... see listed above video... it's same procedure for eldorado, seville and deville from 95 to 99 and parts are the same.... just when pulling the headlight switch by the corner out of the dash pry it out gently... and it will slide back in and save the retaining clip that hold the flasher module in place for the next one. Good Luck!
