How to tell if factory fog lights are wired, 2011 Honda Accord

I have a 2011 Honda Accord with what look to be facotry fog lights installed,
however there is no fog light switch in the car. I believe the switch if they are
factory should be on the headlight switch behind the steering wheel with the
turn signal but it's not there. Can you tell me if there is an easy way to see if
everything is wired before I replace the switch?

Page 72. The switch is on the turn signal stalk. Not the very end, but the next one in, "if equipped" Just look for wires in a loom, probably bundled, but if as you say, there are already lenses and lamps they it should just work. However, only the V6 came with fog lights according to manual. If you have a 4-cylinder, you will have to go aftermarket
Now, cut and pasted from manual: You can use the fog lights only when the headlights are on low beam. Turn the fog lights on and off by turning the switch next to the headlight switch. With the light switch in the AUTO position, you can also use the fog lights when the headlights turn on automatically. They will go off when the headlights turn off, or the daytime running lights are on.

Would a turn signal stalk from a v6 swap with my v4, if it's same year?
