So i need a new tire for my truck and was
wonfering if a Hankook Optimo H724 P195/65R15
89T would be a good tire to use?

The stock tire size is 235/75 15 if you have 15" wheels. The tire you selected would be 4" shorter and 1 1/2" narrower. This would be a very bad choice in tires.
