Oil light with spanner has appeared on my dash

Hi, Driving to work today and oil light with a spanner has appeared in yellow on
my dash......my book is at home not in my glove box :( any ideas do I need to
panic and maybe worry about getting home? its 2014 Manual Wildtrak serviced
March and have done 13k since

Cheers, yeah if look at manual online says don’t drive fault with truck etc, someone said it’s service light, done else said do do an oil change as it’s dirty as would be the filter, so I did the reset at lunch so light is off and hoping I sweet talked my brother into doing an oil change and fliter, I even sent him you tube link so he can see how easy it is...... he’s farmer works on tractors etc so should be ok thanks for your info and you are right they won’t do anything about it lol

I have a 2008 Ford Ranger four-wheel-drive the oil light keeps coming on and off and the oils full what's wrong
