Hello my mechanic Buddies anyways 94 Cadillac Seville 4.6 I had an issue with
my starter it started broken side between the flywheel so I took it out and
everything is fine the engine turns it's got fire but it won't start  so somebody
gave me some codes some kind of code reader that you do inside the car I did
that but doesn't change anything so is there something else due to the fact did
the starter jammed in that transmission as I was trying to start it threesome
you

Spray a little starting fluid down the throttle body. Will it run a few seconds on that? If so it's a fuel problem. Make sure the fuel pump is coming on. If it's not try hitting the bottom center of the gas tank a few times with a hammer. If that gets you going it's a bad fuel pump. Hope that helps! Jim

The code reader was to get the codes, did u get them?. Does the car turn over with the key? If it doesn't, start by cleaning battery cables and make sure they're tight.

This vehicle is OBD I and the trouble codes are read by using the climate control panel. An OBD II scan tool won't work! Hope that helps! Jim
