Ii have 93 Cadillac allante my passenger window will not go up or down from either power window switch could it possibly be a a fuse or a relay

If fuse or relay was bad all of the windows would not work not just one. Each window does not have its own fuse or relay it's either the window switch which you replaced already or window motor or a wiring problem. My bet is on the window motor.
Contact John at itsonlyluv@comcast.net and tell him you need a window motor. He will have one as well as any info needed on installing it.
