Delay in my automatic transmission

My x5 2011 have a delay for 3 seconds when i use
back transmission ist normal or i have a problem

Probably a worn transmission that takes time to build up enough pressure to work. When was the last time you changed fluid?

I don't know how many miles on the fluid but 4 years is long enough for a fluid change.
