Ac blows hot air but won't receive the antifreeze or the stop leak

I have a 2011 Altima the ac was working fine until I turn it
of went inside the store  45 minutes later I turn the car on
and the ac and it stop throwing cold air and stared throwing
hot air i went to the store and bought a can of antifreeze
and connected it and it just didn't want to receive it it was
coming out of the connection and also with the stop leak
