Nissan Altima 2011 signal light stopped working.

Hello Guyz,I have recently changed the brake light on my nissan altima 2011. Right after
i changed the brake light the same signal light is not working anymore. Any idea what
happened? now when i give the left turn signal the light in the dashboard is blinking faster
than before. Almost twice speed than before.please helpregards
