I was initially looking for a CR-V EXL with AWD, but changed my mind (still a good car though). For a 2011 CR-V EXL with AWD and 55k miles, $20-21k would be a good price, but not so much for a EXL model without AWD. Since it's past 36k miles, looks like it may be out of at least the basic warranty anyway. Good Luck with your purchase! :) I'm looking for a Mitsu Outlander myself!

I'd suggest doing what tenspeed suggested and also shop for a lower price, because if the CR-V EXL doesn't have All Wheel Drive (AWD), then you can get one for less than $20k with same or similar mileage. However, the CR-V and the RAV4 are EXTREMELY popular SUV's and a lot of dealers are overcharging for them, which is why I'm going with the Outlander (not so mega-popular, good reliability, and be had with a V6 for a decent price).
