Jeep liberty 2011 overheating

My jeep overheats while driving below 40
mph but not on the fwy why?

Must be the cooling fans are not coming on when needed, mostly at low speeds. Check fan fuse, fan relay, fan controller/temp sensor. Should come on with the A/C too. Test the motor by applying voltage directly to the motor.
