Selling a car that is not drivable

I am trying to sell my car with cargurus, but the car is not drivable because it
needs a new timing belt.  I have given as much information as possible in the
website under the listing but it seems that none reads the information provided
and I always get he  question of when can i meet you to drive test the car.  The
car would be a good deal for a person that knows how to fix cars.  How can I
reach that audience? Or what else can I put on the  listing to facilitate that
understanding.

I would advise to provide a small disclaimer under the listing description of the vehicle, be clear with the mechanical issue and promote it that way. Emphasize!
