Can I replace / use a 225/60/16 for a 205/65/16 tire?

Just wanted to know whether I can make use of a winter tire with size 225/60/16 on a car that a 205/65/16 all season tire?

Yes, download a GPS Speedo app to your Android or I phone to ensure Speedo reads correct to prevent tickets to the policemans ball. Lol. That small of a change in tire size shouldnt be a problem.

your speedometer would be about a half mph off. if it said 65, you would actually be going about 65.5

My concern would be that normally skinnier tires make for better (safer) winter tires. A wider tire than your all season tires doesn't really make any sense although it is probably do-able.

I have a 2004 Kia Optima and the tire sizes are a 205 55R 16 and I just bought four tires from an individual on Facebook which are a size 225 55 r16 Will they fit or will they rub
