My Cadillac won't start. It's about 40 degrees outside and I've checked and it has spark

you may have a bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay. you should be able to hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn the key to the on position. if you think it is a fuel issue you may want to have the fuel pressure tested. cold weather shouldnt affect the fuel pump. sometimes weak compression will cause a vehicle not to start when it is cold.
