I want to refinance a loan in my name

Obviously I don't know your financial situation but with today's interest rates and the vehicle being 13 years old that might be a bad idea. If you can qualify you can take out a personal loan to pay off the first loan. Financing a vehicle that's more than 6 years old is never a good idea in my opinion. Jim
