Starter/Solenoid Problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ford F-150. I can hear the fuel pump prime
(near fuel tank) when I turn the key on.
Cranks but won’t start. Motor is still turning
when key comes back to the ON position

sounds like a ignition switch problem that is also effecting your security system not letting it start.
