Broken spark plug

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Got a problem here. I was replacing the spark
plugs and while I was doing it, a plug broke
off. The bottom half of the plug was removed,
but to do so, we had to chip away the
remaining ceramic form the bottom half to be
able to get an EZ-out to extract. All was done
well, but the firing rod fell into the cylinder
head. The firing rod is not magnetic so
sticking a magnet down won’t work. We’ve
tried sticking down a rod with duct tape on
the end and no luck. Also tried sticking a
vacuum hose in the head and still no luck.
Anyone have any advice to get it out without
having to tear apart the whole front end??
