Cvt transmission broken band and spacer

Hey everyone so I was in the middle of
replacing my wife's valve body on her 2011
nissan murano 3.5L LE AWD ya  Imagine that
another nissan with transmission problems but
anyway when I lowered the valve body there
was a metal band and some kind of spacer of
some sort I have looked at every nissan cvt
transmission inner parts and couldn't find
anything that looks like the metal band and
spacer that I found sitting on top of my valve
body I uploaded a pic im hoping someone can
tell me what it's for and where it came off in the
transmission any help and answers would be
greatly appreciated thank you in advance

I suggest a new transmission. Next time have a qualified mechanic work on it.
