There are two batteries; the one in the front, under the hood, that handles starting the car and an aux battery in the back, under the truck liner that handles electronics, etc.

Any Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer can order one for you, I'm sure. I don't have a model or part # handy but I'm sure they can be found on the Internet, too.
