Recently on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Lmtd,  the 2 dashboard icon lights for
the ABS system won't turn off. How do I turn them off, and why are they on?

Scan for codes. This should tell you the problem which may be wheel speed sensors. Fix the problem(s) and the light will go off.
