Heated seats, hazards, and esp switches not working

I have a 2011 jeep compass and the heated seats, hazards,
and esp switches are not working...ive checked fuses and
wires and all seem to be good..any help would be much
appreciated..Thanks

If you have checked wiring and fuse,s it will be the control panel it self that is bad.

Any luck fixing it? My sister's car has the same problem and I already changed the switch cluster. No help.
