How hot does it get in degrees F? How did you check coolant circulation? Do you think there is air in the cooling system? Sometimes for testing, I leave the thermostat out and hook everything up. Make sure it full of coolant. Then when you start it, the coolant flow through the radiator is instant, you don't have to wait for it to warm up. I haven't looked to see if you have radiator cap or even if you can see the coolant if you remove cap? Note bleeding procedure.

Radiator fills thru a reservoir, intake hose goes to back of motor. Can't detect any circulation. Upper radiator gets hot lower hose remains cool. Thanks for the tip. I will remove tstat and try to fill system completely as I know it does have air in it.
I posted the air bleeding procedure, you can click on it to enlarge.
