How to extend stuck Trailer-Tow mirrows, 2011 chevy Z71 4x4

I bought the truck recently.  Both Trailer-Tow mirrors will not pull out.  It appears that they may not ever been used.

Use allot of WD40 or Rust buster and let it soak a few days...
